How to Order

Orders received on Thursdays will ship the following Monday. If there is a problem with inventory you will be contacted ASAP and a solution will be reached. Cancel an Order: If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. If the item has not already been shipped and we are able to stop the order, we will do so. However, if the item has been shipped, the cost to send it back to us will be your responsibility. www.qualityriflescopes.com reserves the right to deal with cancellations on a case by case basis. When will it arrive? Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days. After that, it can take from 1-7 days for your order to arrive. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order for your package to arrive. If you need a rush order or delivery by a certain date, please call us at 877-251-4868 to check item availability. Express shipping cost and arrange for delivery.
Shipments, Returns & Shipping Methods:
Orders are normally shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the item, size of packages or if shipping to a PO Box. Shipping Costs: Free Shipping for continental USA if your order totals $200.00 or more. All other order, freight will be approximately $16.00; we will be more than happy to ship to our friends in Canada, Australia. Please call Customer Service for Rates and Duties. For our Overseas customers please contact Customer Service Concerning Rates and Laws Concerning Your Specific Country. Shipping Express: shipping is available on request for an additional charge. If your purchase needs to be delivered by a certain date, please call Customer Service to Place your order and to get costs for Express Shipping. Exchanges & Freight Damaged Merchandise: You must contact www.qualityriflescopes.com and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before attempting to return merchandise for any reason. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions!
For Damaged Goods:
Notify QualityRifleScopes.com of damaged goods within 5 days of delivery. Place the damaged item back in its original packaging, suitable for return shipping. Quality Rifle Scopes will issue the customer an exchange once we receive the item in question and have inspected the item. Please note that failure to follow this process will mean that we cannot file a claim with the carrier for damage and will not be able to issue an exchange.
Return shipping charges:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The returned item must be insured for the sale amount. It is the responsibility of the customer for any lost packages returned to ww.qualityriflescopes.com Shipping & Handling will not be refunded 100%

Notify www.QualityRifleScopes.com of goods to be returned for Refund within 7 Days after receipt of product, after 7 Days we will be happy to do an exchange for you within 45 Days. Notify www.QualityRifleScopes.com of goods to be exchanged within 45 days of delivery.
Shipping & Handling will not be refunded! Place New Unused items back in its original packaging, suitable for shipping. Please make sure to include original invoice and packing slip. Once a scope is mounted it becomes used products, used products are not eligible for Refund, Exchange or Return under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. When you obtain your RMA # you will be given the return address. Upon inspection of the returned item, we will promptly issue an exchange. SHIPPING & HANDLING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, SPECIAL DISCOUNT OR SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS and/or REFUNDS.
Restocking Fees and Refunds:
Once Qualityriflescopes.com receives returned merchandise under the satisfaction guarantee and item is inspected, a refund minus restocking fee of 15% will be issued in same manner as original payment. (i.e.; credit card or check). All Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of final inspection of returned goods.

The original manufacturing Company Guarantee’s your purchase to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If the original manufacture has a limited lifetime warranty it will be stated in the product listing, most products are covered through normal use for the lifetime of the original owner. These Warranties do not cover consumer caused damages such as misuse, abuse or repairs attempted by someone other than our authorized technicians.
